Under the California Consumer Privacy Act or CCPA, and subject to exceptions, California residents have certain rights regarding their data, including:\
- The right to know the categories of personal information we’ve collected and the categories of sources from which we got the information (see Section 4);
- The right to know the business purposes for sharing personal information (see Sections 5 and 6);
- The right to know the categories of third parties with whom we’ve shared personal information (see Sections 5 and 6);

Similarly, we do not offer financial incentives associated with our collection, use, or disclosure of your personal information.
California residents have the right to not be discriminated against if they choose to exercise their privacy rights. An agent may submit a request on your behalf, but you must verify that your agent is authorized to do so.
We do not currently have a reasonable method of verifying the identity of non-registered users to a reasonable degree of certainty, as we do not maintain enough personal information to enable us to verify non-registered users with sufficient certainty. Thus, we cannot honor the access or deletion requests of non-registered users at this time.
As a California resident with a registered account, you may exercise your right to know or your right to deletion by logging in and submitting a “CCPA Request” through our E-Form system. Please note that these rights are subject to certain exceptions which may apply to independent contractors.
Separate from the CCPA, California’s Shine the Light law gives California residents the right to ask companies what personal information they share with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for the purpose of directly marketing their goods or services to you.
13. NEVADA RESIDENTS: NEVADA PRIVACY RIGHTS
Nevada law (SB 220) requires website operators to provide a way for Nevada consumers to opt out of the sale of certain information that the website operator may collect about them.
